2019 AGM

The 2019 Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 29 May at 7:30pm at Talus Street, Naremburn.

At the meeting, voting delegates will have the opportunity to:

• vote on President, Vice-Presidents and Treasurer
• vote on re-election of existing Committee Members
• vote on election of new Committee Members
• find out more about NSTA’s operations and finances
• accept the auditor’s report and the annual financial statements
• vote on the resolution
• speak about any items on the agenda

Special resolution
The proposed resolution relates to changes to the Constitution with the purpose of ensuring continuity of service on the NSTA Committee.  If you have any questions in regards to the proposed changes please contact Thomas Riley.

Attendance/Proxy Form
Please complete the Attendance/Proxy Form to advise who will be attending the AGM.  Should you not be able to attend the AGM then you may appoint a proxy. Please forward your Attendance/Proxy Form 48 hours to admin@nsta.com.au prior to the AGM.

2018 AGM

The 2018 Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 8 May at 7:30pm at Talus Street, Naremburn.

Special resolutions
There are a number of resolutions for delegates to vote on at the AGM. They relate to changes to the Constitution with the purpose of ensuring relevancy and modernisation. View Resolutions and rationale.  If you have any questions in regards to the proposed changes please contact Terry Stewart.
